Our Sardinian born chef, was raised in a town near Cagliari and fell in love with home cooking through his father's passion. Heavily influenced by Mediterranean style cooking and ingredients, he has travelled the world showcasing his skills, from Belgium, Rome, and London, to Bermuda, New York and Dubai, and now to Heathrow. With years of culinary experience, our chef and kitchen staff prioritise quality and authentic ingredients to ensure every bite is a true taste of Italy.
