February’s Line Up: Bold Flavours, Big Comfort

This February, our street food menu takes inspiration from much-loved Asian dishes, bringing warming flavours and satisfying plates to the sports bar.

From Friday 6th February, guests can tuck into Char Siu (BBQ pork). Sweet, sticky and packed with flavour, this classic dish is slow cooked until perfectly tender and finished with that signature caramelised glaze. It’s rich, comforting and ideal for pairing with an ice-cold drink while watching the match.

From Friday 13th February, the menu switches things up with Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce. Deep, savoury and full of umami, this dish is all about bold flavour. The black bean sauce adds richness and depth, making these ribs a standout choice for anyone craving something hearty and indulgent.

From Friday 20th February, the focus turns to sharing with a Selection of Dim Sum served with Sweet Chilli Sauce. Light, flavourful and perfect for grazing, this is a great option for groups or anyone who loves to try a bit of everything. The sweet chilli dip adds just the right amount of heat, making each bite seriously moreish.
